قال مصدر عسكري عراقي إن ستة من أفراد الشرطة العراقية قتلوا وأصيب سبعة فجر الأربعاء في هجوم شنه تنظيم داعش على مواقعهم في منطقة نائية شمالي بغداد.
هاجم ما بين 10 و 15 من مقاتلي جماعة داعش هذا الموقع المتقدم للشرطة الفيدرالية حوالي الساعة 12:30 صباحًا (2130 بتوقيت جرينتش الثلاثاء). وقال المصدر طالبا عدم الكشف عن هويته ان الهجوم استمر قرابة ساعة.
وضرب المهاجمون قرب قرية الجيلام في منطقة 140 كيلومترا شمال بغداد حيث لا تزال الجماعة المتطرفة نشطة.
